Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the S.I UXO Ltd website and any services you engage us to provide. By accessing our website or instructing us to carry out work on your behalf, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
About Us
S.I UXO Ltd is a specialist unexploded ordnance (UXO) risk management company registered in England and Wales. We provide UXO risk assessments, surveys, identification, clearance, and consultancy services to clients across the UK and internationally.
Our Services
All services are provided subject to a formal written scope of works, proposal, or contract agreed between S.I UXO Ltd and the client prior to commencement. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Preliminary and Detailed UXO Risk Assessments
- Non-intrusive and Intrusive UXO Surveys
- UXO Identification and Controlled Excavation
- Borehole and Pile Position Clearance
- Consultancy and On-site Supervision
The specific scope, deliverables, timescales, and fees for each engagement will be set out in our project proposal or letter of instruction. Work will not commence until a formal agreement is in place.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and reports, is the intellectual property of S.I UXO Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
Reports and deliverables produced by S.I UXO Ltd remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received, at which point a licence to use those deliverables is granted to the client for the purposes outlined in the agreed scope of works.
Limitation of Liability
Our UXO risk assessments and surveys are carried out by qualified, experienced professionals in accordance with current industry guidance, including CIRIA C681. However, UXO risk management is an inherently uncertain discipline, and no assessment can guarantee the complete absence of UXO on a site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, S.I UXO Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of our services or reliance on our reports. Our total liability in connection with any single engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.
Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may attract statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We reserve the right to suspend work on any engagement where payment is overdue.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information and project data as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except where required by law, regulatory obligation, or with your express consent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
